32 Bold Predictions For 32 Teams

AFC EAST

Gronkowski hasn’t played a full season since 2011, so I think with his age and injury history he won’t finish the 2017 season as a top 12 TE. Not to mention, we all know too well about the Madden curse, so good luck to you Tom.

I expect Ryan Tannehill to jump to a QB2, with receivers like Landry, Stills and Parker who will make a huge jump this season and a receiving TE in Julius Thomas. This is Tannehill’s make it or break it season.

It’s always Shady in Buffalo! LeSean McCoy will rush for over 1,500 yards this season, Now that Gillislee is gone I see McCoy getting even more touches this year. He ran for 1,267 yards last season. With a healthy Watkins, that will open the box more for a 29 year old Shady.

With Brandon Marshall being cut, I see Quincy Enunwa Compiling over 1,200 yards this year and upwards for 8 TDs. The 209th overall pick in the 2014 draft averaged 14.8 yards per catch last season, and totalled 857 yards. I Look for a lot more targets for him with Marshall gone.

AFC NORTH

Le’Veon Bell will take David Johnson’s bold prediction of 1,000 rushing and receiving yards into his own hands. Bell will finish as the number one fantasy RB, post over 2,000 scrimmage yards, and remind the fantasy world that he is the most talented back in the league. Not to mention, the best RB in fantasy football.

Jeremy Maclin will become a Top 20 fantasy WR. With the move from Kansas City to Baltimore, he will see a lot more targets and have a QB that will air it out. It’s a lot easier to flourish in Baltimore and hey, Steve Smith finally retired.

Joe Mixon will break 1,000 yard mark in his rookie season. That’s Right 1,000 yards! With Bernard having ACL issues I see even more touches for this Kid.

Corey Coleman ends the season with over 1,000 receiving yards. It would be great to have Josh Gordon by his side and make Cleveland relevant, but I see it taking a few more years for them to build a squad that can make a run at the playoffs.

AFC SOUTH

Lamar Miller will go for over 1,600 yards from scrimmage this year. With a mobile QB in Watson looking to start soon and DeAndre Hopkins, Will Fuller and Braxton Miller at WR, that will open the field for Lamar Miller to do his thing at RB. He’s gonna bounce back and be a top ten RB.

Mariota will pass for over 4,000 yards and Rush for over 500 yards. With Eric Decker, Corey Davis, Rishard Matthews, Tajae Sharpe and Delanie Walker I see this being an amazing season for Marcus. Titans will be in the Playoffs this year for sure.

Allen Robinson will end the year with 1,200 receiving yards and 10 TDs after last year’s big slump, he’s going to return to his old 2015 form. Blake Bortles will be more than just “garbage-time Bortles” and ARob will feast in 2017.

Andrew Luck will pass for over 4,750 Yards and 40+ TDs this year. A monster year out of TY Hilton is coming with this huge year for Luck, along with the breakout for Donte Moncreif, Luck will be back and better than ever, with TY Hilton putting up top 5 WR numbers.

AFC WEST

Travis Kelce will end the year with over 1,300 Yards and 10+ TDs. Kelce will for sure be a Lock TE1 this year and for years to come.

With the LA Chargers playing from behind so much, I look at Rivers to have a HUGE year. Passing for over 4,700 Yards and 40+ TDs. Keenan Allen, Tyrell Williams, Travis Benjamin, Mike Williams, Antonio Gates, and Hunter Henry make for a loaded group of pass catcher to help Rivers put up these numbers.

I look for Marshawn Lynch to end the year in the top five for rushing yards on the season. The Oakland Beast came out of retirement for the last year the team serves as the City of Oakland. I look for him to post over 1,300 Yards and 12+ TDs.

I look for Jamaal Charles to take over the starting RB job for the Broncos and post up over 1,000 Yards.

NFC EAST

I look for the Cowboys to struggle this year with 3 of their starting DBs gone and every team in the East getting more depth at WR. Also with Zeke getting in more trouble and potentially losing some playtime. I look for the Cowboys to make a pretty big step in the wrong direction this year.

Look for Eli Manning to put up 4,500 yards with 35+ TDs with receivers like Beckham and Marshall, I look for Eli to throw the ball up and trust that his receivers to come down with the ball. Odell, Marshall, Shepard, and Engram makes for a great group of weapons for Eli to throw to in 2017.

I look for Carson Wentz to be the 1st QB in the history of the Philadelphia Eagles to throw for over 4,000 yards. With weapons like Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith leaving terrible teams and hungry to join forces with Matthews, Agholor and Ertz. 2017 will be a huge year for Wentz.

With the Loss of Jackson and Garcon, I look for Cousins to still put up huge numbers. Last year he passed for over 4,900 yards but only 25 TDs. This year I see him being able to join the small club of QBs who have passed for over 40 TDs. Only 8 in the history of the NFL have done so.

NFC NORTH

I look for Aaron Rodgers to pass for over 5,000 yards for the 1st time in his career. The Packers are facing many teams with questionable pass defenses, including Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, and New Orleans. I look for a Huge year from Rodgers this year.

I look for Dalvin Cook to take over the starting job at RB over Murray and make a serious run for offensive rookie of the year, posting close to 1,000 yards.

The Lions will finally have a 1,000 yard rusher. Last year the team had 1,310 yards combined rushing, divided amongst 9 different players. Ameer Abdullah will take over the starting job and never look back.

Chicago doesn’t have a lot to be excited about for 2017, but they do have a shooting star in Jordan Howard, I look for him to post over 1,500 yards this year and over 12 TDs. I believe he will contend for the leader in yards for a RB. For all the naysayers saying he doesn’t have a QB or receivers to take the pressure off I will say to you…Did he Last year? Adding Wright, Cruz and Wheaton can’t hurt either.

NFC South

I look for Julio Jones production to go down again for the 2nd straight season, with 2 studs at RB and a good defense, I look for the Falcons to air the ball out less. Ryan will spread the ball around to Sanu, Gabriel and Hooper as well. Jones will still post over 1,000 Yards just not as much as last season.

Christian McCaffrey will lead the team in TDs. With his speed and just the little amount of wiggle room he needs I look for him to be a huge goal line threat on this team. Cam will scramble, Olsen will draw 2 double coverage, and Benjamin will take the top DB. Leaving room for McCaffrey to get open on the goal line or just run it in.

Jameis Winston Will have the best season of his Career, People say that’s not saying much but he’s thrown over 4,000 Yards in both years he’s been in the league. Evans may see a slight hit in targets, but look for his efficiency to improve, and yeah…No more double coverage on every play. Now that Winston has multiple targets to work with this season like Mike Evans, O.J. Howard, Cameron Brate, Chris Godwin, Adam Humphries and DeSean Jackson, look for more yards and more TDs from Winston.

Look for Michael Thomas to go for over 1,400 Yards and 12+ TDs with him as the #1 WR in a Drew Brees ran offense, I expect huge numbers. Brees has 465 career passing TDs and I look for him to pass the 500 Total TD mark this season. Who Dat?

NFC WEST

I look for the Seahawks to look the worst they’ve looked in a while with Sherman trade talks, Thomas Retiring talks no solid #1 receiver and diminishing RB in ‘Cheeseburger Eddie’ and injury prone Thomas Rawls. I just see a lot of locker room issues with this team that will translate out on the field.

Look for Arizona to win the West. Carson Palmer will put up big numbers again this year after his terrible year last season, with a boost in production thanks to John Brown bouncing back. David Johnson will hit his goal of 1,000 rushing AND 1,000 receiving yards with over 25 total TDs. DJ will be hot on Le’Veon Bell’s tail, fighting for the number one RB spot.

Todd Gurley will be back this season with Fire in his belly. I see a combined 1,500 yards out of Gurley with 15+ TDs this season, finishing inside the top 10 for RBs. May seem farfetched after his 2016 disappointment, but that’s why they’re bold predictions.

Talk about a deep sleeper to end these bold predictions…Trent Taylor will lead the team in catches this season. Pierre Garcon is the popular “sleeper” right now. In a rebuilding year, I see John Lynch pushing for the 49ers to see what talent is on this team when they test Taylor he will answer the 5th round rookie will show exactly what he did in college at the next level. In his senior season, Taylor posted 136 Catches with 1,803 yards and in his career he posted over 4,000 Yards and 32 TDs in college.
